Wilson's Phalarope
Phalaropus tricolor
Synopsis: Breeds widely in wetlands and wet meadows in eastern Oregon. During the atlas project period, this species was documented nesting for the first time at a few locations in the Willamette Valley (Baskett Slough, Brownsville) and High Cascades.
